Robin M. Singh (Programming Director) has been recognized as a thought leader and has been awarded the “Top 50 Smart leaders” award across the Middle East in Healthcare Ethics and Compliance and the ’40 under Forty’ maverick award by the National Association of Valuators, the USA for Compliance Investigations.
He has worked across jurisdictions such as UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Singapore, India, and high-risk jurisdictions such as Afghanistan. He has assisted government entities and fortune 500 companies to swim through the regulatory, ethical, privacy law and white-collar crimes related dilemmas. He has developed adaptive client programs and dealt with a wide range of engagements relating to ethics, privacy, compliance, and anti-bribery/anti-fraud.
He has presented in conferences across various jurisdictions and authored more than 25 papers/articles across various international journals and magazines such as Fraud Magazine by ACFE, Framework by Thomson Reuters, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Healthcare Compliance Today, Law360, Asia Mena Counsel, and the like.
He has been in the advisory board of Seton Hall Law School, USA to bring the Healthcare Compliance Program (HCCP) to the UAE.
Currently, he manages the Regulatory Affairs and Privacy function for the Government Healthcare sector within their Legal Affairs Division in the United Arab Emirates (UAE); He has been instrumental in setting up the Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Privacy Programs. He is currently working with committees and assisting healthcare professionals to overcome regulatory hurdles and developing associated measures to fight against the pandemic.
