PLATFORM

All learning sessions will be livestreamed through On24. It is highly recommended to run a system check for On24 before the event. For more IT related information, review the Technical Support section down below on this page. 

LOGIN CREDENTIALS

Register for all learning sessions and be sure to tick the boxes next to each session before submitting the form.  
Once registered, you will receive separate confirmation emails containing your login credentials for each session. Reminder emails will be prior to each session. To attend a session, simply click on the link provided in the email and when prompted, enter your information. 

SESSION RECORDINGS

Each session will be recorded and available to registrants for one (1) month after the event.  The links to attend the live sessions will be the same to use for accessing the recordings. 

SESSION PRESENTATIONS AND RESOURCES

The downloadable PPT presentations will be posted to this page on March 16th. Any additional or modified materials received thereafter from speakers will be updated accordingly. 

As a registrant, you will receive exclusive access to a library of crypto-related resources. These reference materials will be available starting March 16th for one (1) month after the event. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

Each learning session is eligible for 1 CFCS credit. The event in its entirety is worth up to 7 credits. 
To earn CFCS credits, you will need to attend 80% of the live or recorded session.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

Once the requirements for accreditation are met for a session, a pop-up box will appear with a link to download your certificate of participation. You will also receive a link to the certificate in the post-session email, which will be delivered 2 hours after the completion of the session attended. 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

On24 troubleshooting tips: 

  • The platform functions best on Chrome and Firefox.
  • Run a system check to confirm your computer’s compatibility.
  • Most audio and video issues are resolved by refreshing the internet browser.

  • You may need to adjust your computer settings to enable JavaScript and Cookies.
  • Once the session begins, if you find yourself still in the lobby, refresh the browser.
  • If the lobby music is playing when the session has begun, refresh the browser.
  • If a problem persists, try closing the session and rejoining.
  • Wi-Fi connectivity can pose an issue, and so we recommend plugging in directly to a router.
  • If you are on a business/work network having issues, try logging in with a personal computer.

Zoom troubleshooting tips: 

o If attending via the Desktop Client or Mobile App, be sure to have thelatest versionof Zoom installed to your system. 
o If attending via the Web Client: 
-We suggest using Chrome, Firefox or Edge. 
-When prompted to open the Zoom desktop client, click Cancel. 
-Then, select the option to Join from your Browser. 
o If you should experience technical issues with Zoom, please refer to the troubleshooting information.

CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION / COMPLAINT POLICIES

Cancellation refund requests must be received in writing at least 15 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Requests for refunds will not be honored less than 15 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. 
Substitutions of registered attendees may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the workshop. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACFCS member to a non-ACFCS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If the registrant does not attend the workshop and does not designate a substitute attendee prior to the workshop, the registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee. 

Substitutions and cancellation requests may be sent to eventsupport@acfcs.org. 

ACFCS reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be made accordingly. 

ACFCS reserves the right to make comparable substitutions or cancellations if circumstances beyond our control necessitate a change in any element of the program.
