ACFCS Virtual Roundtables are a forum for select groups of professionals, typically 25 or less, to learn about critical issues and interact with their peers. Attendees can voice their questions and comments, share their perspectives, and offer possible solutions in an open setting moderated by experts in the field.

Our first Virtual Roundtable will look at how artificial intelligence, automation and the rise of fintech and regtech will affect how financial crime compliance professionals are doing their jobs currently and what is likely to change in the future. The session will look at the future of staffing and examine the experiences, skillsets and knowledge that will be required of AML, fraud, sanctions, and similar roles in this new reality.

Attendees will learn:

  • How AI, AML and automation can affect their jobs
  • What skills may be required to be in-demand in the current and near future.
  • How financial institutions are adopting and adapting to new tech developments

Roundtables are not your usual webinar – There will be a short presentation by the host, but most of the session will be focused on discussion and interaction among participants. Please come prepared to speak directly to the presenter and other attendees, and to share your own thoughts and insights!
