The Association of Certified Financial Crimes Specialists is committed to offering the highest quality service to its members. In case you need to cancel a purchase from ACFCS, please read the Cancellation and Refund Policies listed below.

Exhibit space and Sponsorship comes with immediate benefits and therefore is non-refundable. All payments are final. Failure to occupy exhibit space does not relieve the exhibitor of its obligation to pay the full booth fee. Any exhibiting company canceling with a balance due is responsible for paying the remaining balance in full within 30 days of cancellation.
Conference Registration Cancellation/Substitution Policies
Cancellation refund requests must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. ACFCS will apply a $295 processing fee on all approved refund requests. Requests for refunds will not be honored less than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. ACFCS is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel or other costs that are associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend.
Substitutions of registered attendees may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the event. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACFCS member to a non-ACFCS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If the registrant does not attend the conference and does not designate a substitute attendee prior to the event, the registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee.

ACFCS reserves the right to cancel the pre-conference event due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be made accordingly.
ACFCS reserves the right to make comparable substitutions or cancellations if circumstances beyond our control necessitate a change in any element of the program.
ACFCS Membership Cancellation
ACFCS dues are for annual membership and are non-refundable.
CFCS Certification Terms and Cancellation
CFCS certification exams must be taken within 1 year of date of purchase (unless otherwise stated upon purchase). Refunds may be requested up to 30 days from date of purchase. A $195 administrative fee will be applied for the CFCS examination cancellation. CFCS Certification is non-refundable after 30 days.
ACFCS Webinars Terms and Cancellation
ACFCS webinar purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the webinar, webinar sessions are recorded, and you will be able to access recordings and slides after the presentation. Certificates of participation for webinars are available on request for ACFCS members and paid attendees only.
ACFCS reserves the right to update these terms, conditions and cancellation policies document at any time.
